Candidates must possess a BS/MS degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in areas such as startup accelerators, incubators, executive roles at startups, or platform ecosystem development within automotive or manufacturing companies. A strong understanding of machine learning, simulation, synthetic data generation, self-driving workflows, and logistics in a business development, management, or alliances capacity is required. Familiarity with the robotics, automotive, retail, and manufacturing ecosystems, with a focus on AI/ML startups, is essential. Experience with relevant technologies, computing, and deep learning application development is a plus, as are a can-do attitude, high energy, leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn complex concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment. A background in a venture-backed startup or exit with a deep network in AI startups and VCs in robotics and related industries, experience with AI model training/inferencing and GPU-related technologies, successful strategic partnership leadership, and experience solution selling advanced technologies in the automotive industry are advantageous.
The Inception Partner Manager will engage with leading startups to drive platform adoption, identify co-selling opportunities, and execute go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities include scouting, identifying, and recruiting top automotive and manufacturing startups for the NVIDIA Inception program. The role involves expanding the program's ecosystem by collaborating with innovation labs, venture capital firms, and industry software vendors. The manager will work with developer relations and account managers to create strategies and resources for startup support and execute go-to-market activations with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the position requires reporting on key business metrics to demonstrate impact on startup ecosystems and generating reports on relevant trends, including performing market analysis.
