Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing (preferably in the DTC, CPG or Health and Wellness space)
  • Proven track record owning campaigns from strategy to execution, with measurable performance impact
  • Deep experience with Klaviyo, Bubblehouse, and Zaymo (flows, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, reporting)
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys - from acquisition to retention to reactivation
  • Excellent copywriting instincts with an eye for brand voice and customer emotion
  • Analytical mindset: able to interpret data, spot patterns, and optimize for growth
  • Experience managing or collaborating with a third-party lifecycle or CRM agency to execute campaigns and flows
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to move fast in a startup environment
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with performance marketing, e-commerce, and creative
  • Basic understanding of SMS, push, and multi-channel retention tactics
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Bubblehouse, Zaymo, or ESP migration
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for template editing and QA

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire lifecycle funnel from onboarding and nurture flows to win-backs and loyalty campaigns
  • Lead, brief, and oversee our external lifecycle partner to ensure flawless execution, alignment with brand strategy, and consistent performance optimization
  • Build smart audience logic that delivers the right message to the right person at the right time
  • Plan and execute weekly promotional, educational, and content-driven sends that align with brand moments and launches
  • Run structured tests on creative, subject lines, send times, and content to continually improve KPIs
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, turning insights into actionable next steps for both internal and external teams
  • Partner with creative, content, and growth teams to ensure messaging is cohesive across touch points
  • Build and maintain flows that maximize retention and LTV while reducing churn
  • Stay ahead of email and SMS trends, experimenting with new formats and technologies that elevate the customer experience
