Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, or 5+ years of client-facing experience in technical consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design capacity, or 5+ years of implementation experience with Human Resource or VMS software applications. A Workday integration & Workday Studio Certification is required, along with proficiency in Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, Java, Python, or other integration technologies.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in integrating Workday VNDLY with various external applications, including Workday, to support and enhance customers’ contingent labor programs, and you will lead complex technical workstreams, design and implement solutions aligning with customer requirements, and ensure seamless data synchronization across systems. You will collaborate closely within cross-discipline deployment teams to gather customer requirements and implement creative solutions, and you will deliver presentations and conduct requirements gathering sessions, leveraging advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills.
