Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of healthcare implementation or configuration experience preferred, and a clinical or technology background is advantageous. Strong client presentation skills, project management experience, and the ability to quickly learn new information are also required. Knowledge of EHR systems and workflow processes is preferred, as is familiarity with the Sunrise application.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant will implement Altera software at client sites, perform system configuration tasks, provide workflow consultation and guidance to clients, identify and resolve system issues, provide activation support, meet client utilization targets, set appropriate expectations, and act as the client advocate throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves up to 80% travel to client sites, potentially requiring after-hours or on-call support and PTO limitations during peak times.
