We are seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to support a client’s Team, specifically as part of a Beeline implementation. Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in Workday and Beeline integrations.
- Workday Development Experience: Experience developing Workday integrations (not just testing or troubleshooting).
- Consultative Mindset: A consultative mindset to assess risks, recommend solutions, and optimize integration strategies.
- Contingent Workforce Understanding: A deep understanding of contingent workforce processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Skills to work collaboratively with Beeline and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Beeline using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Beeline APIs, and data transformation tools (XML, JSON, SQL).
- Collaboration: Partner with Beeline consultants, HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration alignment, and optimize workflows.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential integration risks and recommend solutions to mitigate any business impact.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor and resolve integration issues to ensure minimal business disruption and data consistency.
- Testing & Documentation: Develop comprehensive test cases to validate integration functionality, maintain up-to-date technical documentation, and provide reports on integration performance and issue resolution.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Workday and Beeline updates, industry best practices, and process enhancements.
- Process Automation: Support process automation initiatives for better integration efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–7 years of experience integrating Workday with other systems, particularly Beeline (VMS).
