Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, along with 3–7 years of experience integrating Workday with other systems, particularly Beeline (VMS). Strong technical expertise in Workday and Beeline integrations, a consultative mindset to assess risks, recommend solutions, and optimize integration strategies, and a deep understanding of how inbound Workday integrations impact overall system functions are required. Furthermore, candidates should have experience developing integrations within Workday, not just testing or troubleshooting, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).

Responsibilities

The Workday Integration Specialist will design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Beeline using various tools and technologies to support data flows for contingent workforce management. They will partner with Beeline consultants, HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration alignment, and optimize workflows. The role also involves identifying potential integration risks, recommending solutions, monitoring and resolving integration issues, developing comprehensive test cases, maintaining technical documentation, providing reports on integration performance, and supporting process automation initiatives for better integration efficiency.
