Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of Workday Benefits lead experience, along with 2-5 years of industry knowledge in Benefits Administration or Human Resource Management, including understanding of benefit concepts like plan designs and age reduction rules. Demonstrated customer-facing skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications are also necessary, alongside intermediate/advanced Excel skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
The Benefits Senior Principal Consultant will lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Benefits workstream, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment, while collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday Benefits configurations. They will also perform multiple tasks under limited direction, mentor fellow consultants, utilize technical aptitude to convert data sources, and actively participate in update training and internal opportunities. Additionally, they will reinforce company policies and procedures, help others drive project tasks, and take a leadership position on projects.
