We are seeking a skilled Windows Deployment Specialist to lead end-to-end Windows 11 migration projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in Windows device provisioning, imaging, and user migration, leveraging enterprise deployment tools. This role requires technical proficiency and a solid understanding of device enrollment and management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Windows 11 Migration: Lead and execute in-place upgrades and wipe-and-load deployments for Windows 11.
• Custom OS Image Management: Build, manage, and deploy custom operating system images using MDT, WDS, SCCM/MECM, or Autopilot.
• Device Provisioning: Provision and enroll devices using Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager.
• Driver and Compatibility Management: Configure hardware-specific drivers and perform compatibility testing on target systems.
• Data Migration: Perform user data migration using tools like USMT or OneDrive Known Folder Move.
• Application Deployment: Coordinate application packaging and deployment, ensuring compatibility with Windows 11.
• Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot imaging and provisioning issues across hardware and software layers.
• Asset Management: Support inventory and asset management processes throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with IT teams on rollout planning, user scheduling, and post-deployment support.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience in Windows 10/11 imaging, device provisioning, and user migration using enterprise deployment tools.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, MDT, WDS, SCCM, and/or Intune.
  • Strong understanding of device enrollment processes (Autopilot, Hybrid Join, Azure AD Join).
  • Experience with image creation, driver injection, and unattended deployments.
• Automation and Scripting: Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, hardware, drivers, and networking.
• Security Acumen: Knowledge of security best practices.
• Project Management: Ability to lead and execute end-to-end deployment projects, managing timelines and coordinating with stakeholders.
