Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures. Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical contact and support for premium customers, onboarding new customers to CrowdStrike platforms and ensuring their success through proactive health checks, product training, and best practice sharing. They will act as a customer advocate internally, engaging with customers at all organizational levels, researching and resolving technical issues, escalating when necessary, and leveraging internal expertise to provide solutions. Responsibilities also include creating knowledge base content, participating in technical communications, identifying renewal risks, collaborating with internal teams for remediation, supporting sales in identifying expansion opportunities, and driving support cases to timely resolution.
