Requirements

Candidates should have 10+ years of relevant design experience, including experience in user experience design or corporate, software, web, or agency experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional and innovative product design solutions for end-to-end user journeys is required, along with experience producing high-fidelity specifications for product design experiences, design languages, and frameworks. Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Staff Product Designer will lead large, cross-product initiatives and deliver world-class product experiences that influence product strategy and transform how people work. They will drive exceptional and innovative end-to-end user experience, design languages, and frameworks across one or more domains or key strategic initiatives. The role involves providing strategic direction, vision, and leadership for large collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams, and sharing knowledge and expertise with others across the company and externally to elevate colleagues, teams, and the community of practice. The designer will also advocate for design value and purpose across the company and externally and influence product design processes across business units and design teams.
