As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a culture of autonomy and craft with a high bar for excellence and a curiosity for solving complex problems with elegant simplicity.
You will be the dedicated designer for our Automations & Integrations team, transforming how sales teams interact with complex, multi-step processes by making them simple and accessible through natural language. Our vision is to create a powerful experience that empowers any seller to create, configure, and use automations quickly and easily.
Beyond traditional automations, you will lead our AI Agents strategy. This involves designing the infrastructure and experiences for autonomous AI SDRs, intelligent workflow orchestration, and the next generation of agentic AI capabilities. You will define a new product area that positions Close at the forefront of the agentic AI revolution, creating genuinely innovative autonomous experiences that impact our customers' lives.
You will be the 5th full-time Product Designer, reporting to our Head of Product Design. Our design team moves fast, prioritizes high-quality design delivery, uses Shape Up methods, and works closely with Product and Engineering. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role, ideal for a Senior Designer focused on craft and impact rather than people management.
CRM platform for startups and SMBs
Close provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform tailored for startups and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The platform enhances communication and minimizes manual data entry, allowing sales representatives to work more efficiently. Close's features include a user-friendly interface and automation tools that aim to double the productivity of sales teams. Unlike many competitors, Close operates on a subscription-based model and is a bootstrapped, profitable company with a fully remote team of around 90 employees. The company prioritizes autonomy and asynchronous communication, enabling team members to work from anywhere.
