Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of UI design experience with a strong focus on B2B applications and enterprise software, outstanding visual design skills, expertise in creating illustrations, iconography, and maintaining a unified design language, knowledge of UI patterns, graphic design principles, responsive design, and system design standards, and proven ability to design and implement micro-interactions and animations. They should also have experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems, strong execution skills, proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, After Effects, and other industry-standard software, and experience designing for fintech, payments, or financial services platforms.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will design exceptional user interfaces for Finix’s B2B payment platform, create and maintain a cohesive visual design language, develop custom illustrations and visual assets, design and implement micro-interactions and animations, collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, advocate for user-centered design principles, conduct design reviews, and iterate based on feedback. They will also build and evolve the design system and conduct user research and usability testing methodologies.
