Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a similar discipline, and ideally have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analysis, or a related analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Experience with data visualization tools and a solid understanding of revenue metrics are also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for understanding Visier’s business and GTM data, gathering and interpreting data to identify areas for improvement, and building reports and dashboards to measure and report on key revenue metrics. They will develop predictive models to proactively identify customer experience bottlenecks, analyze customer behavior, and contribute to the development of strategies to optimize operational performance. Furthermore, the role involves partnering with Customer Experience, Sales, and the Deal Desk to implement continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining data quality, and collaborating with the IT team to ensure sustainable data practices.
