Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses 7-15 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a focus on field and partner marketing campaigns within the tech sector, preferably cybersecurity or IT. Proven ability to build and scale regional marketing programs that drive tangible business outcomes is essential, alongside strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills. Experience executing campaigns for net new logos and customer adoption, familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo, and comfort with ambiguity are required. Cybersecurity experience or knowledge of the threat intelligence landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

This role serves as the strategic and operational lead for field marketing in the NAMER region, responsible for building and executing integrated programs to generate pipeline and deepen brand presence. Key responsibilities include acting as a marketing business owner accountable for regional pipeline goals, new logo growth, and revenue acceleration. The position involves aligning with global marketing programs while adapting to local market realities, collaborating with sales and channel teams to drive sales accepted generation, and orchestrating integrated field campaigns. Additionally, the role requires partnering with product marketing and regional campaigns to build targeted programs, measuring and reporting ROI for all marketing activities, and supporting new team members.
