Position Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will significantly contribute to our customer growth by developing product marketing and sales enablement content. Your primary goal is to add value for prospects and existing customers, supporting KnowBe4’s customer acquisition and retention efforts. We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual who can:

  • Identify and understand customer needs and product usage.
  • Comprehend our product platform's capabilities and differentiators.
  • Effectively educate sales teams and the market on KnowBe4's value proposition.

This role involves close collaboration with both internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management) to effectively position KnowBe4's products and differentiate them from competitors. Externally, you will engage with industry analysts, customers, and partners to stay informed about market trends related to our products. You will monitor the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and new product features to optimize product messaging, collateral, and sales enablement assets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop product and feature positioning and messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on new product ideas and free tools to drive prospects into the sales funnel.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to create communication and marketing plans for new product launches, features, and releases, aligned with target audiences.
  • Manage product launch deliverables across the Marketing team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and support marketing plans that drive demand for our products across all go-to-market channels.
  • Articulate the value proposition of products to end-users and support the creation of sales tools (feature comparisons, battle cards, datasheets, etc.) that aid the selling process for each product line.
  • Support competitive research and help position KnowBe4 to win more customers.
  • Partner with Marketing team members to design and launch campaigns aimed at generating measurable pipeline impact and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Leverage AI tools for research, content creation, and data analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification or familiarity with Product Marketing Alliance (PMA) or Pragmatic Marketing programs is a plus.
  • Prior experience in product marketing, product positioning, messaging, and market research & analysis.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in cybersecurity and B2B software is required.
  • Clear understanding and ability to implement key components of the Go-To-Market (GTM) process.
  • Excellent command of the product marketing function and processes.
  • Tactical experience in creating and managing product marketing collateral.
