Content Marketing Strategist

Position Overview

Brafton, a leading global content marketing firm with offices in Boston, London, and Sydney, is seeking an A-Player Content Marketing Strategist. We are dedicated to raising the bar in content marketing, creating result-focused strategies and content to drive SEO, social engagement, and leads for our clients. This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates residing in Hawaii.

Key Focus Areas

You will primarily focus on four critical areas:

  • Account Management: Building rapport with clients, understanding their businesses, and managing a portfolio of 20-25 mid-to-large scale organizations across various industries. Success is demonstrated through ROI reporting and achieving client objectives.
  • Content Marketing Strategy: Consulting with clients to develop and maintain strong, multi-faceted content marketing strategies, including research, interpretation, and presentation of statistical reporting.
  • Revenue Retention and Growth: Measuring success by client retention within your portfolio and growing your account base. This requires the ability to sell future strategies and create statements of work that align with client business objectives. Commercial savviness and an understanding of business decision-making in competitive markets are essential.
  • Project Management: Collaborating with Brafton's content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, social media), the web integration team, and clients to execute strategies that deliver strong ROI against client objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Account Management and/or demonstrated knowledge/expertise in the latest content marketing/SEO strategy trends.
  • Keen eye for displaying content and optimizing UX best practices.
  • Phenomenal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
