Ashby is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product launches. This role is ideal for someone who excels at detail while understanding the broader context, capable of clearly articulating technical launches and their benefits to prospects and customers in talent acquisition. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to understand features and translate product specifications into compelling messaging, materials, and demos for launches. Your responsibilities will include crafting one-pagers, recording product videos, hosting launch events, and building internal enablement to effectively communicate Ashby's differentiated story. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy deep dives into technical products, possess a sharp editorial voice, strong product instincts, and a passion for continuous shipping.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Launches:
    • Own go-to-market planning and execution for all feature releases and new products.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define value propositions, messaging, and demo strategies.
    • Create assets such as blog posts, one-pagers, demo videos, internal launch documents, and enablement materials.
    • Host quarterly launch events for Tier 1 product launches.
  • Be a Product Expert and Create Leverage:
    • Serve as the primary product expert and go-to resource for launch messaging and positioning.
    • Partner with Solutions Engineering, RevOps, and Enablement teams to equip them with necessary information through their respective channels.
    • Utilize AI, automation, and systems to efficiently execute GTM plans for a high volume of product releases, freeing up time for higher-leverage activities.
  • Contribute to Product Narrative:
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align individual launches with Ashby’s overall platform story.
    • Develop compelling narratives that connect multiple product features and package them for both internal teams and external audiences.
