Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 or more years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or program management. The role requires 2 or more years of experience mentoring junior team members, advanced proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with value-based care models. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Jira, or Salesforce is a plus. Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data, manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills are essential. The candidate must also be able to work independently, anticipate needs, and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Provider Operations will lead the development of business insights and data reporting processes to support provider performance and engagement in value-based care programs. This role involves creating reports that communicate value and highlight opportunities, overseeing internal processes for data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows. Responsibilities also include supporting performance discussions with providers as a data and insights subject matter expert, identifying and mitigating data quality risks, and enhancing the provider experience. Additionally, the manager will identify and utilize automation and AI tools for efficiency and manage direct reports, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
