Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of experience in marketing or campaign operations. They should have deep expertise in full lifecycle campaign development, including triggered workflows and personalized communications at scale, and proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Customer.io, or Marketo. Working knowledge of SQL and experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and real-time event tracking tools is also required. Experience applying AI/ML models in lifecycle marketing is preferred, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will drive and evolve the marketing automation infrastructure, ensuring scalability and integration of AI tools across the customer lifecycle. They will lead cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to conceptualize and execute personalized campaigns. This role involves overseeing campaign operations, designing and implementing experimentation frameworks, establishing scalable operational processes, and driving innovation in lifecycle marketing by exploring new channels and integrating AI/ML tools. The manager will also serve as both an executional leader and a strategic partner, communicating insights effectively and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
