Candidates should possess over 5 years of hands-on experience leading CRM or lifecycle marketing programs at a high-growth B2C company. Deep expertise with modern CRM platforms like Braze and adjacent tooling such as push/SMS platforms, CDPs, Amplitude, and Optimizely is required. Strong data fluency, including cohort analysis and forecasting, along with a track record of designing and scaling personalized customer journeys that drive measurable business outcomes, is essential. A strategic mindset with a bias toward experimentation and continuous improvement, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with deliverability best practices, regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA), and CRM compliance frameworks are also necessary. Experience managing content across international markets with sensitivity to regional behaviors is a plus.
The Senior Manager of CRM Growth will define and evolve the company's CRM strategy in alignment with growth, product, and brand goals, identifying high-leverage opportunities to improve user retention, reactivation, and LTV. They will partner with Growth, Product, and Data leadership to ensure CRM programs reflect customer needs and business priorities, and serve as the point of contact for engineering on CRM updates. This role involves leading day-to-day CRM operations, orchestrating cohesive cross-channel experiences, and championing rapid experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing. Responsibilities also include ensuring best practices around tagging, deliverability, and privacy compliance, collaborating with Data Science on analyses and personalization strategies, defining and tracking key performance metrics, and owning dashboards that integrate CRM and paid media performance. The manager will also support efforts to streamline experimentation, connect between Data, Engineering, Product, and Creative for coordinated campaigns, collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand on launches, and establish documentation, QA processes, and internal enablement for CRM tools and programs.
