Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of transition experience, along with required experience using the OMNI record-keeping system and proficiency in the Windows Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
The Sr Installation/Conversion Specialist will manage the transition of complex takeover and startup plans to Voya, communicate all phases of the transition process to interested parties, recommend process improvements, manage initiatives related to areas of expertise, provide support for new products including user acceptance testing, coach and mentor other team members, and provide support and training to both external and internal business partners. They will also support the sales process as requested, handle extended production loads, lead team meetings and huddles, and support high-value takeover/conversion plans and external relationships, as well as performing other duties as assigned.
