The Senior CAM Specialist will oversee accurate CAM charge setup and reconciliation, interpret lease terms, and ensure their correct application in accounting systems. They will manage cash application, AP coding, bank reconciliations, and financial reports, while also assigning work, providing review notes, training new staff, and conducting weekly 1:1s. Responsibilities include preparing CAM recommendations and setups, managing the team, ensuring deadlines are met, assisting the team as needed, setting up new properties, opening Salesforce cases, participating in client calls to take notes, and performing other assigned duties.
