Requirements

Candidates should have experience in Retirement Plan Administration for Qualified Plans, including working on IQPA audits. Exceptional understanding of plan administration, compliance testing, and IRS regulations is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, organization, and a passion for helping people are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite, proven ability to think analytically and operate independently within set deadlines, a team player attitude, and ownership and initiative in all aspects of work are also necessary. QKA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Associate, Retirement Plan Administration will perform year-end testing for DC plans. They will answer questions from the client service team on retirement plan subjects, assist with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections, and provide consulting services to sponsors and advisors as needed.
