Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, program management, or solution delivery, preferably in the SaaS or InsureTech space. Proven success managing complex enterprise implementations, particularly with large insurance carriers, is required. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, and a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive outcomes without constant oversight are essential. A deep understanding of the insurance industry, including group and individual lines, underwriting, policy admin systems, and regulatory requirements is a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of client organizations, and experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Implementation Manager will own the end-to-end implementation process and timeline for enterprise-level onboarding and implementation projects, serving as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, customer success, and compliance teams to meet client needs while aligning with platform capabilities and roadmap. Responsibilities include working with Business Systems Analysts and Engineers to implement the core offering, partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and Technical Program Managers for roadmapped initiatives, and managing scope documentation and change request processes. The role also requires clear communication and management of risks to internal and external stakeholders, and building and driving annual partner roadmaps alongside Revenue and Product.
