Responsibilities

  • Obtains Reporting Strategy performance data and transforms it into actionable insights to drive the company forward in competitive advantage and brand recognition
  • Compares company department goals to current project statuses to determine the progress of departments and potential roadblocks against key company goals
  • Utilizes the company's data collection software and analyzes sources of data, including emails, spreadsheets, and meeting notes, to assist in drawing conclusions about departmental performance
  • Performs calculations, generates charts and graphs, and creates metadata to synthesize collected data and determine trends and outliers of department performance
  • Identifies opportunities to improve department performance through analyzing data, researching industry-standard techniques, and generating proposals
  • Gathers feedback from analyzed departments to gain further insight on collected data and generate detailed reports
  • Shares and distributes reports to leadership teams and internal stakeholders to disseminate department performance information
