In this role, you will be responsible for the gross and net retention of a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will drive renewal and upsell motions by ensuring clients achieve tangible, quantifiable value from the Degreed platform. As the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, you will proactively manage value realization, guiding them to unlock the full potential of Degreed.
