Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in handling quotas and teams for leading ICT companies or successful startups, with proven experience positioning high-end enterprise IT solutions, preferably in storage/backup and security. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is a plus. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools, negotiate sophisticated deals valued at 6 and 7 figures, and collaborate with OEMs for strategic sales campaigns is essential. Familiarity with Sales Force and Clari is advantageous, and extensive travel is required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Director, Strategic Sales will be responsible for surpassing sales goals and quotas, establishing strong relationships with top enterprise customers and key ICT partners, and building and motivating a high-performing team of sales professionals. This role involves developing collaborative relationships with functional leadership to drive business growth, recruiting and cultivating a partner ecosystem, and strengthening OEM relationships with industry leaders. The position also requires coordinating direct and indirect sales efforts with multi-functional teams and ensuring timely fulfillment of corporate leader requirements.
