Requirements

  • 7-10+ years’ experience in global Alliances management, including ownership of indirect revenue growth in enterprise SaaS organizations
  • Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems in emerging and remote markets
  • Deep understanding of modern VAR models, services monetization, and partner certification frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to drive predictable growth through partner-led sales motions
  • Experience launching or evolving partner programs involving training, implementation, and customer support services
  • Familiarity with the legal tech landscape is a strong plus
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution rigor
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across cultures and time zones
  • Passion for innovation and the impact of AI on business models, customer success, and competitive positioning

Responsibilities

  • SaaS Alliances Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a global Alliances expansion plan aligned to Litera’s enterprise SaaS growth goals
  • Partner Ecosystem Management: Recruit, onboard, and grow a network of resellers, distributors, and service partners with a focus on delivering high-value services (implementation, support, training)
  • Certification & Enablement: Establish and enforce a rigorous certification framework to ensure partners meet Litera’s standards for pre-sales, sales, marketing, delivery quality, and product expertise, especially as we introduce AI-enhanced capabilities
  • Sales & Pipeline Acceleration: Drive co-sell motions with partners, develop joint GTM plans, and accelerate partner-sourced opportunities through predictable pipeline generation
  • Regional Market Development: Lead partner-led expansion in key growth regions including APAC, Latin America, and EMEA developing markets. Develop programs to support region-specific enablement and localization
  • Revenue Accountability: Own global partner revenue targets (both new business and renewal) and report performance, health, and forecast through clear KPIs
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Professional Services, Customer Support, Litera University, Marketing, and Product to scale partner onboarding, training, support, and product readiness across geographies
  • AI/Tech Evangelism: Champion Litera’s innovation story with partners, helping them understand and articulate the value of our AI-enhanced legal platform
