The Sr Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success by understanding customer business needs and driving the value of CDK solutions. This includes maximizing product adoption and utilization, helping customers achieve value, minimizing churn, and identifying additional revenue opportunities in partnership with sales. The specialist will also provide proactive product-specific expertise, lead scaled webinars, resolve advanced-level blockers, and document dealer engagements related to performance improvements.
