Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant product management experience in a SaaS environment, including shipping quality software, gauging usage, and adapting accordingly. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required. Familiarity with Agile-influenced frameworks like Scrum for building SaaS products is necessary, as is a bias for action and strong collaborative leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. A deep understanding of user and customer behavior, with the ability to interact directly with them to learn about their pain points, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager I is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision. They will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership to bring experiences to life, ensuring the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. This role involves evaluating opportunities, determining what gets built, and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager I will become an expert on the product, gathering intelligence from stakeholders, customers, and the market to define product success and act as the product's strategist and evangelist.
