A high degree of experience with OEMs, dealers, and lender businesses is required, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience in the full product development lifecycle within an Agile environment, including writing requirements for development and managing projects to completion, is also necessary. Experience in project/product launch is required.
The Senior Product Manager will manage the development and marketing plans for new automotive solutions and enhancements, conduct market research on lender data, OEM data, BI platforms, and API products, and forecast product goal achievement. They will design and launch new solutions for OEMs, lenders, dealers, and business development opportunities, while monitoring activities for adherence to company policy and federal regulations. Responsibilities include researching competition and client use cases, managing backlog prioritization and sprint planning, and acting as a liaison between business and technology teams. The role involves resolving issues using Agile approaches, collaborating with teams to create detailed data and functional requirements, conducting in-depth reviews for quality and user experience issues, and performing root cause analysis. Additionally, they will help establish product processes and documentation, work with Product Marketing on sales collateral, create performance metric reports, and track product and pilot program progress. Onboarding pilot clients with support, contracting, compliance, and credentialing teams is also part of the role.
