Responsibilities

The Mission Success Lead will execute delivery strategies for current and new deployments to achieve significant mission outcomes for defense partners. This involves owning the delivery of capabilities within contracted periods, exceeding customer expectations, and deeply understanding user mission sets and pain points. The role requires going to where users are to identify value, providing on-the-ground feedback to product and engineering teams for software development, and directing resources such as embedded personnel, product managers, and engineers to meet customer objectives. Additionally, the lead will be responsible for customer renewal and expansion cycles.
