Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in robotics and/or automation engineering, product, and operations development, or equivalent knowledge, is required. Prior consulting experience with multiple business groups is a bonus. The role demands the ability to quickly adapt to change, strong teamwork skills, and proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with bonus points for data analysis capabilities like SQL and Python. A valid driver's license is necessary for travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will serve as a single-threaded operations owner for a product area, driving system performance through continuous improvement initiatives. They will act as a liaison for strategic customers, leveraging product and service knowledge to find solutions and assess system performance to create improvement plans in partnership with engineering, operations, and technology functions. This role involves hosting effective meetings, developing scalable KPIs and metrics, adapting quickly to change, and leading cross-functional initiatives to solve systemic problems. The manager will become a system expert, enabling success throughout the project lifecycle, driving strategic and financial growth, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
