They must meet the requirements of Dealer Tire's Motor Vehicle Record and Company Vehicle Fleet Policies, be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with current learning and performance improvement industry standards, approaches, and innovations is also required.
The Dealer Operations Coach will work with management to implement dealership contact strategies, collaborate on performance analysis and action plans, and build relationships to drive results and resolve customer service issues. They will maintain a consistent contact schedule, track activity in the sales contact system, and communicate challenges to management. Responsibilities also include analyzing dealership gaps, assessing staff knowledge, creating customized coaching solutions, and assisting dealership staff with tools and resources to improve sales. The coach will deliver on-site value-added visits, coordinate efforts with management, deliver presentations, maintain expertise in OEM programs, perform competitive shop reports, and assist in understanding competition for product and pricing strategies.
