Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic sales and/or account management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Reside in Central or Mountain standard time zone (alternate locations may be considered)
  • Within reasonable commuting distance from posting location(s), unless accommodation granted as required by law
  • In-office 3 days per week
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year with seasonal travel

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison for large, high-profile B2B client in Specialty Benefits portfolio (dental, vision, life, disability, worksite benefits), managing up to 2 million members and $500 million revenue as TPA for complex, federally regulated benefits
  • Build and sustain trusted, strategic relationships with senior and executive client stakeholders
  • Represent client’s voice to leadership team and communicate organizational strategy, initiatives, and results to leaders and executives
  • Take ownership of complex issues, drive cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly and transparently, and anticipate challenges
  • Work with client to understand evolving business needs, align products/capabilities/teams to support long-term strategic growth, and develop strategies for growth, retention, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, service delivery, contractual commitments, and compliance to meet or exceed expectations; monitor and improve member and provider satisfaction
  • Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, lead initiatives to enhance client experience, interpret expectations/business needs, and seek clarity/guidance as required
  • Partner with internal functional leaders for seamless service delivery and alignment on client priorities; seek client-centric solutions including business and technology
  • Execute and initiate business and technology projects with oversight, interpret complex/detailed requirements, and manage client portfolio to contract and regulatory requirements
