  • Excitement to deploy a product, build a function, and have an accelerated career trajectory
  • Ability to own deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features, and integrations
  • Capability to advise on optimal solutions for customers that deliver meaningful value
  • Skill in driving the implementation process and acting as an extension of the customer’s team
  • Willingness to become a product expert and serve as the voice of the customer internally
  • Ability to work closely with technical and commercial teams across the business to ensure customer centricity
  • Readiness to handle a mix of strategic work (advising on product config, refining implementation strategies/processes) and operational work (managing onboarding/deployments, prioritizing roadmap features)
  • Capacity to build meaningful relationships with customers and become their go-to person for Omnea
  • Experience or willingness to learn deploying a new/evolving SaaS product (prior knowledge not expected)
  • Focus on setting customers up for success, consulting on processes, and working with stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, IT) using best practices knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Deploy the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features, and integrations
  • Advise customers on optimal solutions and product configurations to deliver value
  • Drive the implementation process, acting as an extension of the customer’s team
  • Become a product expert and represent the voice of the customer internally
  • Collaborate with teams across the business (technical and commercial) to prioritize customer needs and ensure customer centricity
  • Manage onboarding and deployments
  • Work with product team to prioritize roadmap features for customers
  • Refine implementation strategies and processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers as their primary Omnea contact
  • Present value-focused demos
  • Support and champion customers throughout their Omnea journey
