Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Implementation Manager will lead end-to-end implementation activities for Arcadia's platform, from contract signature to go-live. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing project status, identifying and resolving risks and issues, and coordinating all customer, internal, and third-party activities. Responsibilities also involve educating customer resources on Arcadia's technical processes, product architecture, and best practices for healthcare data integration and platform usage. The role requires managing integration workstreams, client data, and platform configuration, while contributing to the improvement of implementation processes and documentation.
