Candidates should have a four-year college degree in a relevant discipline plus 10 years of experience in a related field, or an advanced degree plus 5 years of related experience. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven experience in strategic customer onboarding and post-sales lifecycle management is required, along with specific functional expertise, strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented focus on customer satisfaction. The ability to provide guidance to others as a lead or individual contributor project manager using product/service and technical expertise, along with problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues effectively, is also necessary.
The Customer Implementations Director will provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing customer onboarding processes, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing the post-sales customer lifecycle, including new customer onboarding and product implementations. They will support changes related to renewals, product improvements, and up-sell/cross-sell initiatives, while developing strategies to maintain high customer loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities also include addressing and resolving complex customer issues, acting as a customer advocate, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, leading and mentoring a team, tracking and analyzing customer performance metrics, and developing comprehensive customer training programs. Collaboration with Sales and Product teams to provide insights and coordinate upselling/cross-selling opportunities is also key.
