Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B roles such as Solutions Engineering and 2+ years of experience in a multi-product SaaS environment. Proven ability to collaborate with Account Executives to support and accelerate deal success, manage and deliver PoCs, and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences is required. Familiarity with SaaS, security concepts, and technologies such as IAM, SCIM, AD, CLI, and SSO, along with knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and awareness of AI technologies, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary technical advisor within the Go-to-Market team, developing deep expertise across the 1Password product suite. They will partner with Account Executives to support and accelerate deal cycles, lead and manage Proof of Concept (PoCs) to validate solutions and demonstrate value, and recommend tailored technical solutions that align with customer use cases and business goals. Responsibilities also include providing technical education and guidance to customers, collaborating with Product and Support teams to shape solutions, and working with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing on technical resources. The role involves preparing proposals, responding to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and vendor assessments, and participating in occasional travel.
