Requirements

  • Strong technical background with experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably within the tech industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and sales teams
  • Self-starter mindset, able to proactively identify issues and opportunities and tackle them without being told to do so

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated technical support during pre-sales and implementation phases, ensuring that client queries are addressed promptly and accurately
  • Engage directly with clients, especially large enterprises, to build trust and credibility by demonstrating deep technical knowledge
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to stay updated on the latest product developments and ensure seamless communication between teams
  • Address complex technical issues that arise during sales and deployment, ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales and deployment processes
  • Coach and onboard additional solution engineers, scale designed and implemented solutions, and create and iterate on playbooks to make Sana AI solutions succeed at scale
