Strong technical background with experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably within the tech industry
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues quickly and effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and sales teams
Self-starter mindset, able to proactively identify issues and opportunities and tackle them without being told to do so

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated technical support during pre-sales and implementation phases, ensuring that client queries are addressed promptly and accurately
Engage directly with clients, especially large enterprises, to build trust and credibility by demonstrating deep technical knowledge
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to stay updated on the latest product developments and ensure seamless communication between teams
Address complex technical issues that arise during sales and deployment, ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales and deployment processes
Coach and onboard additional solution engineers (as the role evolves)
Scale the designed and implemented solutions (as the role evolves)
Create and iterate on playbooks required to make Sana AI solutions succeed at scale (as the role evolves)
