Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding of new institutions to the ModernFi platform (account setup, configuration, testing, and go-live)
- Manage infrastructure setup for clients, including provisioning SFTP servers and keypairs with Pulumi
- Collaborate with bank IT teams to configure SSO in Auth0 based on their identity providers
- Coordinate onboarding for third-party digital banking integrations (e.g., Q2)
- Own and improve public API documentation
- Build tooling, dashboards, or internal features (using Python, Retool, etc.) to improve efficiency and scalability
- Optimize the self-service onboarding tool through collaboration with the Customer Success (CS) team
