Are comfortable writing code (e.g., TypeScript, Python, or Go) to automate onboarding tasks

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical onboarding experience for new customers building rollups with Conduit
Lead customers through setup, configuration, and best practices tailored to their use case
Write scripts and code snippets to adjust configurations, debug integrations, and help customers tailor their rollups
Drive projects forward with clear communication, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful launches
Proactively identify friction points, unblock customers quickly, and feed insights back into product and process improvements
Help refine onboarding playbooks, documentation, and tooling to make each launch smoother than the last
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
