The ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into accessible, client-facing solutions for diverse audiences is required, along with experience conducting executive-level, value-centered demos to large institutions.
The Solutions Consultant will work closely with sales teams to understand fundraising needs and provide tailored product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and Q&A discussions. They will collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and RFP responses, and work with Product, Partner Success, and Marketing teams to provide feedback on client needs and improve product offerings. Responsibilities also include staying up-to-date on trends in education fundraising and competitor offerings, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers within schools and universities.
