Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in marketing or ad-tech, with at least 5 years in a leadership role for Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering teams. The role requires experience in hiring, mentoring, and scaling technical teams, along with hands-on expertise in digital advertising technologies such as DSPs, SSPs, data activation, and measurement. Proficiency in SQL and delivering technical demonstrations and presentations is necessary, as is the ability to identify prospect pain points and gather requirements. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with preferred experience in platforms like DMPs, CDPs, Ad Exchanges, or measurement tools, and familiarity with big data tools and web technologies. The position also requires the ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
The Senior Director of Solutions Engineering will lead a team focused on pre-sales strategy and technical success for Experian's Curation product suite. Responsibilities include growing and mentoring a high-performing Solutions Engineering team, engaging directly with clients to translate technical concepts into business value, and improving team workflows for scalable delivery.
