Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in technical sales or similar roles such as Technical Account Manager or Solution Architect, with at least 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consulting. A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is required, along with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time. A positive attitude, strong sales instinct, and enjoyment of speaking with prospective clients are essential. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, along with strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems like SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS is necessary. The ability to share technical knowledge with an upbeat pace and positive mindset is also required. Knowledge of the LMS industry and SaaS industry experience are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will work with Docebo prospects to discover, prepare, and lead presentations, leveraging industry knowledge to serve as an expert throughout the sales process. They will act as a trusted advisor to all levels within prospective customer organizations, from CEOs to Developers and Learning and Development Directors. The role involves handling technical conversations with highly technical stakeholders and simplifying complex information for less technical audiences. This position requires close collaboration with the Sales Team to achieve closing business and provide quality service and knowledge to prospects. The Solutions Consultant will be a creative, upbeat, and positive player, guiding prospects' assessments of Docebo's products at various technical levels. They will also be a responsive and creative member of cross-functional teams, providing value internally to the sales team and to assigned prospects. The role includes mastering and describing the product to prospects, promptly addressing all technology-related questions, and providing insights and feedback to the Product team.
