The Product Solutions team at Pearl Health drives initiatives to enhance client performance in value-based care programs. This involves translating performance opportunities into actionable strategies through product pilots, workflow design, and tech-enabled services. The team guides clients in utilizing the Pearl Platform and influences the development of new product capabilities.

Pearl Health is seeking a curious and motivated Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Product Solutions team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to build, refine, and manage performance capabilities, with a focus on value-based care and Medicare programs. The Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Product Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Pearl’s patient engagement services, including experimenting with AI for compliant, scaled deployment.
  • Support the development and deployment of Pearl’s client performance management system, including preferred network management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Customer Success, Clinical Strategy, ACO Operations, Preferred Networks, and Analytics) to manage relationships with critical partners in value-based care (VBC).
  • Identify areas for improvement in product and operations, providing structured recommendations based on lift/impact for scaling.
  • Build and operate scalable systems to track key performance indicators (leading and lagging indicators) across initiatives.
  • Support existing core functions to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, population health, and/or value-based care. Experience in startup environments is a plus, but not required.
  • Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning, with a systems-thinking approach applicable to VBC.
  • Metrics and outcomes-driven, comfortable in a data-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools for data analysis from disparate sources.
  • Willingness to tackle ambiguous problems with a positive attitude.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
  • Curious and eager to learn new things.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, willing to assist where needed.
