Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, population health, or value-based care, with preference for experience in startup environments. They should be passionate about problem-solving and learning, comfortable working in a data-driven environment, and proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Product Solutions will manage Pearl’s patient engagement services, including experimenting with AI to compliantly deploy these services at scale, support the development and deployment of Pearl’s client performance management system, collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage partner relationships, surface areas of improvement across the product and operations, and build and run scalable systems to track leading and lagging indicators. They will also support existing core functions to ensure team efficiency and effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
