Vantage is a cloud cost visibility and optimization platform, also known as a FinOps platform. We assist companies of all sizes in managing their cloud infrastructure costs, from individual developers to multiple Fortune 500 customers. Our co-founders are industry veterans, having previously served as infrastructure engineers and product managers at DigitalOcean and AWS. The company comprises a focused and dedicated team of approximately 50 employees across the US, with a significant presence in New York City.
Our current clientele includes prominent companies such as Square, Aflac, PBS, FanDuel, PlanetScale, Starburst, and Vercel, among many others. Vantage has secured $25 million in total venture capital, with a recent Series A financing round of $21 million in March 2023. Our investors are top-tier firms, including Andreessen Horowitz, Scale Venture Partners, Matthew Prince (Co-Founder & CEO, Cloudflare), Calvin French Owen (Co-Founder, Segment), Ben and Moisey Uretsky (Co-Founders, DigitalOcean), Stephanie and Nat Friedman (CEO, Github), Julia Lipton, Brianne Kimmel, and others.
Customers are seeking to integrate their entire suite of cloud infrastructure providers into Vantage to effectively track their costs. This includes everything from AWS accounts to Snowflake warehouses, MongoDB clusters, and Kubernetes clusters. Each infrastructure provider integration may require some high-level interaction with customers to address technical questions and ensure we are providing the relevant details from the Vantage perspective.
We are expanding our newly formed sales team and are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support customers across various industries and segments. If you have a passion for infrastructure and enjoy engaging with people in a technical sales capacity, you will find this role highly rewarding.
You will typically interact with engineering counterparts on behalf of the customer regularly and collaborate with members of the Vantage sales team to help customers onboard and ultimately subscribe to Vantage.
Cloud cost management and optimization platform
Vantage.sh is a platform designed to help businesses manage and optimize their cloud costs. It provides tools for creating detailed reports on cloud expenditure, allowing users to filter and group costs by various dimensions, set monthly budgets, and receive alerts when spending exceeds those budgets. The platform supports multiple cloud providers and offers in-depth resource-level analytics, enabling users to track costs across different subscriptions and projects. A standout feature is its Kubernetes cost optimization, which helps users allocate costs by service and identify areas for efficiency. Vantage.sh operates on a self-serve model, making it easy for businesses to start using the service and save on costs, charging a low fee of 5% of the savings generated. The goal of Vantage.sh is to provide businesses with a clear understanding of their cloud spending and help them find opportunities for cost reduction.
