Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification and OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) certifications
Proficiency with VB.NET and SQL within a business rule context (strongly preferred); experience with other programming languages a plus
Proven experience as an OneStream Senior Consultant, Project Lead, or Manager
Project lead or lead developer on multiple end-to-end implementations with OneStream customers
Strong expertise in implementing and customizing OneStream applications (experience with other CPM technologies a plus)
Excellent understanding of multi-dimensional and relational databases
Experience in leading teams and managing CPM projects
Comfortable planning projects, gathering requirements, leading design, and whiteboarding

Responsibilities

Design and develop OneStream solutions to meet business and compliance requirements (Solution Architecture)
Lead the implementation of OneStream solutions and applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
Customize OneStream applications based on specific business needs and configure settings for optimal performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk, and IT, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to OneStream applications, ensuring timely resolution
Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on OneStream applications and functionalities
Create and maintain documentation related to OneStream solution architecture, configurations, and processes
Stay informed about OneStream updates and implement upgrades or enhancements as needed
Ensure that the OneStream solution aligns with regulatory compliance standards, internal and external audit requirements, and industry best practices
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of OneStream solutions
Travel to client site as needed
