Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA being a plus. A minimum of 6-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking is required, with a preference for experience in high-growth companies or the gaming/entertainment/tech industry. Proven experience leading full budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, including ownership of timelines, deliverables, and accuracy, is essential. Advanced financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills are necessary, along with experience in FP&A tools (Abacum is a plus), ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and data analysis from data warehouses or BI platforms. A strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, is required. Candidates must be comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing senior stakeholders, and demonstrating a detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment. The Senior FP&A Manager will lead the company-wide planning process, consolidating budgets and forecasts across all departments. They will develop and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, including P&L, cash flow, and key business KPIs.
