Requirements

A proven track record of owning, planning, and delivering CLM application projects, strong business acumen, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Attention to detail, organization, thoroughness, and a desire for continuous improvement, along with project management ability to navigate ambiguity, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Lead Business Systems Analyst will build relationships with business stakeholders, create a center of excellence for business functionality, and develop a multi-year roadmap for legal and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include partnering with legal and sales stakeholders to define and document business process requirements for contract lifecycle management (CLM), leading solution design for legal applications, and identifying IT CLM/Legal initiatives. The role involves leading critical cross-functional initiatives and projects for the CLM process area, refining the IT process management framework, performing process assessments, and implementing improvements. Additionally, the analyst will partner with process owners to define operational KPIs, build and deliver training on CLM tools, manage and prioritize the product backlog, handle vendor management responsibilities, and serve as a key point-of-contact for system testing and UAT support.
